Creator terms
How a paid placement with us works.
Your personal offer names the track, budget and deadline. It runs on these terms.
How we work
-
Agreement
Before any work starts, confirm in writing — in the same channel where we're talking — that you accept these terms.
-
Concept
The concept comes from us — either a reference video with our track and on-screen text saying what happens in frame and when, or a written description. Either way it's binding. Shooting and editing are yours.
-
Preview
Send the finished video to us before publishing. Your offer has an approval deadline — send the preview early enough to fit revisions in. Nothing goes live unapproved.
-
Revisions
Up to three (3) rounds of changes.
-
Payment
Half on approval of the preview. Half after publication, once the sound is verified. Crypto or PayPal — your pick.
-
Publication date
After approval we give you the date. Publish on that day — any time that works for you.
Video requirements
-
Sound attribution
The published video's sound must identify our track: added via the TikTok sound picker from the official sound. Check after posting — tapping the sound opens a page that references the track. If it doesn't, the term isn't met.
-
Post volume
On the day our video goes live, your account has no more than four (4) posts total, ours included. If your posting crosses midnight, count the 24 hours around our video instead.
-
No deletion
Once published, the video stays up — permanently. Deleting it wipes the accumulated sound stats, which is what the placement is for.
-
Reporting
On request — up to three (3) times — send analytics screenshots: retention rate (Overview tab), location and age (Viewers tab).
If something goes wrong
-
Remedy
If a term isn't met: a new post that meets it, or a partial refund.
